- All requests should be made within 30 days of purchase.

- Returns / Exchanges should be made within 30 days of the delivery of your purchase.
- All items should be in unworn condition and in original packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping for any associated returns.
- Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
- We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased on the UnderGents website. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange, if they are unable to help you, our support team will work with you to make it right. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS AND WORN GARMENTS
In order to correctly process returns, we do require you to contact us for a return authorization. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please e-mail support@undergents.com before sending anything back.
If we receive a product back from you without a return authorization, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment be returned to you.

"Greatest Items ever. Worn. Thank you but I have one request. Please stitch the lining tighter so when we pull it up by the east band it doesn't break apart from the waistband. It's Great Material wonderful feeling. . . I love you guys✝️💪 After 6 months the Threading on the cloth by the prostate ripps off the side. And Down Under there where the tant is. it dries and ripps threading. . the stitching needs to be tighter or thicker thread from waistband it breaks away from the underwear when stretched or used for 3 months It is the Most comfortable piece of clothing that I Love it . all of your products. ✝️ God Bless"
Great product, But Returned order due to Fulfillment error and lack of follow up or response
"No delivery, no response after I reached out due to a return because of a fulfillment error on the zip code. Bought these beginning of October for hubby. For his birthday, as he’s already a n owner of many pairs and asked for more. They were returned due to the wrong zip code on the shipment(despite us putting the correct zip code in the original order) The package was returned to AZ and I immediately followed protocol and emailed about the issue. Three times. No response. After two weeks, I got an email and I was told the return was my fault(not true) and did I want it reshipped. I explained that I used the correct zip code and it was a fulfillment error and that it was a gift so Yes please reship. No response, no reshipment, and I’m out $108 . This has left such a bad impression on us about your business. It shows me, despite us being repeat customers over the years, our continued patronage means absolutely nothing and although I’ve asked for reship, now I’m having to file a complaint with my bank today for a chargeback. Disappointed repeat customer and my husband is sad he didn’t get his replenishment requested."
